In his career so far, this outstanding guitarist has collaborated with Johnny Neal, the keyboardist of the Allman Brothers Band and Gov't Mule. He has shared the stage with artists such as Eric Sardinas, John Mooney, Johnny Neel, Tishamingo, North Mississippi All Stars, Devon Allman, Mac Ford, Andy J Forest, Buddy Wittingstone.

With Barbiani, not only is the foundation right, but also the groove and the rock & roll feel.

Barbiani - Taucher - Mansutti - Tavian is a jam band with a remarkable chemistry and a great sound that combines blues, jazz, rock and funk.

The unique sound of the Hammond organ of Pietro Taucher - one of the five best keyboardists of the genre - merges with the guitar of Jimi Barbiani - one of the best rock-blues-slide guitarists in Europe - and the accomplished drummer Alessandro Mansutti is in demand in the best jazz ensembles. Andrea Tavian on his base provides the right drive.

 

You could call it a "superband" made up of exceptional individuals. Their repertoire combines original material and a range of rock, blues, funk and jazz classics.

Vintage equipment including old guitars, amplifiers, Hammond organ, Leslie speakers and the band members' years of experience make up the trio's great sound.
